Many homeowners still want to pay homage to traditional style,  although they like the cleanness and simplicity of contemporary design.

It is a Toronto manor our client preferred a classic, 19th-century Georgian style.  It is characterized by its proportion and balance, featuring rigorous symmetrical shape combinations, from massing to detailed penetration,  such as paneled doors centered in the front facade. We use the most common building materials - brick & stone and specialized architectural details to create a modern yet warm home.  

Unlike the passive meaning of function in the traditional living culture, the space had been defined as the theme in modern architectural design.  For example, an open concept floor plan centered around a great room and kitchen provides clients a modern, streamlined feel and different living style.
