Sam has over 20+ years of experience in the architectural design field from concept design through to construction. He was a well-trained architect with an excellent capability in artistic creativity, space organization, and graphic presentations. As an effective Designer, Sam is uniquely talented at promptly translating ideas to a graphic format that rapidly responds to clients’ needs. Also, he processed pretty strong knowledge and experience regarding local regulations, building technology, construction methodology, and material application.

Sam always gives his projects full attention in order to meet the development goals of diverse clients. He commits to providing creative solutions for the project’s significant concerns, building a highly efficient working platform for close collaboration with each stakeholder, and bringing forth fresh perspectives and ideas to his clients.
